It is able to play CD, Cassette Tape (no Dolby), 45, 33, & 78rpm Turntable (includes 45 adapter), AM/FM Tuner, iPod dock with multiple adapters and remote control for basic iPod functions, it has an 1/8" Stereo Aux input for other hook-ups, and it has a 1/8" Stereo headphone output!I was skeptical when I purchased this system (I have one I'm keeping for myself.) I really expected to be disappointed. But, to my surprise, this system is great! If you're an audiophile, perhaps this one's not for you. But for general listening in your office or den, it's perfect. I was even impressed with the sound of the records I put in. You do have to be gentle with it, but it does the job! The tapes I haven't heard in years sounded just fine in this unit. It's handy to have the headphone output, if you're interested in recording to another source, all of your old records or tapes. It was worth it for me just to let my kids see and hear how I used to listen to music!The one in this auction is brand new and has not been out of the box.
